SHADEWAY

Is useful around trees, in home lawns, parks and golf course extreme roughs where wear and tear is not a factor. SHADEWAY can be mixed with other fine fescues. When combined with perennial ryegrass and Poa pratensis you have an all round mixture useful for home lawns, parks and other areas where sun, shade, wear and maintenance economy are factors.

Seeding and Benefits

SHADEWAY performs best in sandy or clay soils where light irrigation is available.

It will withstand moderate drought conditions. Ideal soil pH is from 5.5 to 8.0. After seeding, germination will take place in about 7 to 15 days, depending on soil temperatures, and first mowing can be expected in about 30 days.
